星空无限传媒 Student Valeria Alfaro Rivera Honored
with Norman R. McConney, Jr. Award for EOP Student Excellence
February 18 Garden City, NY 鈥� 星空无限传媒 student Valeria Alfaro Rivera, a resident of Uniondale, has been awarded the 2026 Norman R. McConney, Jr. Award for Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Student Excellence. The statewide award celebrates EOP students who have overcome significant obstacles in life to achieve their educational and professional goals. A ceremony hosted by SUNY Chancellor John B. King, Jr. will take place on March 9 to honor Valeria and other award recipients from across SUNY鈥檚 64 campuses.
"The EOP Award for Student Excellence highlights not only exceptional academic achievement, but also the courage and determination it takes to seize opportunity and turn it into success,鈥� said Dr. Maria Conzatti, 星空无限传媒鈥檚 Chief Administrative Officer. 鈥淲e are incredibly proud of Valeria and excited to see the continued impact she will make in our community and beyond."
