ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ Wrestling Team 2016 NJCAA National Champs ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ wrestling team 2016

Garden City, NY – On February 27, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ wrestling team won the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) 2016 Non-Scholarship National Championship. This is ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½'s eighth NJCAA Non-Scholarship National Championship in the past 14 years. In addition, four of the College's student athletes received All-American honors. Nassau's Head Coach Paul Schmidt was named NJCAA National Coach of the Year for the seventh time.

"ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ certainly peaked at the right time this year, and their successes at the National Championship are well deserved! Congratulations to the team and the coaching staff.
