Where to Go

星空无限传媒鈥檚 2026 Commencement Ceremony will be held at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum at 1255 Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale, NY, on Wednesday, May 20 at 7 p.m. Graduates should arrive by 5:30 p.m. and must bring their 星空无限传媒 ID with them. IDs will be checked before graduates are allowed to enter the venue.

Graduates must enter the Coliseum through the Grant Thornton VIP entrance (Gate 10) and go immediately down the escalators to the Exhibition Hall on the lower level. At this location you will be grouped with fellow graduates in the Line of March. Entry to the lower level of the Coliseum is restricted to the candidates for graduation only.

Ticketed guests should park in the main parking lot and enter through the Geico Main Entrance (directly next to the Grant Thornton VIP entrance). Guests should go immediately to the seating area in the Coliseum Arena. All guests over the age of 24 months will be required to have a ticket.

Please refer to the  regarding re-entry and prohibited items. Please be advised that the list of prohibited items has been updated. All graduates are strongly encouraged to review this information.

Parking

There is no charge to park at the Coliseum on the day of Commencement.  

Your Name will be Announced

A highlight of graduation is the introduction of each candidate during the Line of March. Graduates will be given an identification card when they arrive at the Coliseum on Wednesday, May 20. Note that the card permits a phonetic spelling of their name. It is suggested that graduates use phonetics to simplify and ensure the accuracy of the pronunciation of their name.  A televised image will be projected on the four-sided Jumbotron above the arena floor. 

Commencement Program

Graduates from August and December of 2025, and any graduate candidate for May 2026 who applied for graduation before the February 23, 2026, deadline will have their name included in this year鈥檚 commencement program.

Professional Graduate Portraits

This year, professional graduate portraits will be offered on campus prior to Commencement. Please note that posed portraits will not be taken at Nassau Coliseum during the 2026 星空无限传媒 Commencement Ceremony.

Island Photography will be on campus in the 星空无限传媒 Campus Store from Tuesday, May 5 through Thursday, May 7, to take professional graduate portraits. Appointments are available on all three days starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m.

If you would like to have a professional graduate portrait taken, please reserve your spot in advance by clicking the link below. Please note there is a $10 session fee which is redeemable towards the purchase of a photo package. Please bring your regalia to your appointment and dress professionally.

Receiving Your Diploma

Diplomas will be mailed 6 to 8 weeks after the certification of degrees. An email will be sent to your 星空无限传媒 student email account once your diploma has been ordered. Please check your 星空无限传媒 email address for updates.
