Students and Alumni of 星空无限传媒 can order an official 星空无限传媒 transcript.

In-Person orders and pick-ups of official transcripts are available either through the online system or by coming in person to the Office of the Registrar and completing a Transcript Request Form.  Please be advised that in-person order will be processed in up to 5 business days depending upon the time of year. 

Academic transcripts are the permanent, irrevocable, complete and permanent academic record of all student at 星空无限传媒. It includes all courses attempted, grades earned, and credentials awarded, regardless of the number of programs or degrees the student may have pursued or completed. All entries are recorded in accordance with the academic policies in effect at the time of enrollment.

In addition, credit hours accepted from other institutions are listed on Nassau Community College transcripts as the total credit hours accepted alongside the name(s) of the institution(s) at which they were earned. Transcripts submitted to Nassau Community College from other institutions (including High School transcripts) for admission or credit become the property of 星空无限传媒 and will not be returned to the student or forwarded to other institutions under any circumstances. Students in need of these external transcripts must request them from the individual institutions they have attended.

A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 is required for graduation from both degree and certificate programs. Students are required to complete at least 33 credit hours in residence (i.e. completed at 星空无限传媒) within the degree programs and 15 credit hours in residence within the certificate programs. If a student believes that all requirements for a degree or certificate will be completed by the end of the fall, spring, or summer semester, he or she must apply for graduation via their My星空无限传媒 portal.

Students who were admitted under the GED program must apply for the equivalency diploma through the New York State Education Department in order to be subsequently awarded a degree or certificate. The Office of the Registrar can provide the application to apply for the equivalency diploma.

• Currently attending degree-seeking students must request a change of program through MyBanner in their portal.  
• Currently attending degree-seeking students interested in the Nursing program must follow the instructions on the department's website.
• Currently attending degree-seeking students interested in an Allied Health Science program must review the instructions for each area found on their web pages. 
• Currently attending non-degree students must apply for Admissions as a Freshman/Transfer student at www.ncc.edu/admissions. 

Effective Spring 2022, the grade for an unauthorized withdrawal has been changed to a WU from the previous UW.  Unlike the UW, the WU is not a punitive grade and does not impact your G.P.A.

星空无限传媒 has established a Waitlist process in which nearly every academic department participates. Waitlisting for a class does not guarantee you a seat; however, if a seat becomes available in the closed class and you are in the first position on the waitlist you will get an email sent to your 星空无限传媒 Student Email account notifying you of the availability. You have exactly 24 hours to register for the waitlisted course.

The college reserves the right to close the waitlist process at any time before the start of a semester. You are encouraged to check your 星空无限传媒 Email often so that you do not miss the email notification.

Withdrawing from classes (W) is permitted after the drop/add period.

• Log into your portal account to withdraw from a class(es).
• Select Registration Information
• Then select Class Withdrawal and follow the steps.
• Once your professor has approved the withdrawal, it will be processed.

Check the for online availability to drop or withdraw as the deadlines may be different for each semester.

To be eligible for resident tuition, you must have one year legal residency in New York State and six months in the County of Nassau. The legal residence of a dependent student is based on the legal residence of the parent(s). Documentation will be required. Residency is proven in various ways. Students may readmit to 星空无限传媒 by completing an admissions application at www.ncc.edu/admissions. If you were previously in a degree-program, and did not attend another school since leaving 星空无限传媒, please complete the Returning Student application.  If you did attend another school, please complete the Transfer Student application.

星空无限传媒 complies with the Solomon Amendment by releasing student recruiting information to military recruiters. Information will be released for military recruiting purposes only.  Each of the 12 eligible units within the five branches of service may request and receive recruiting information once per each term or semester. The requests must be submitted in writing to the Office of the Registrar.

As the Department of Education has determined that the Solomon Amendment supersedes most elements of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), an institution is required to release this information regardless of whether the institution includes this information in its FERPA 鈥渄irectory information鈥� list.  

The College may charge reeasonable and customary fees for fulfilling Solomon Amendment requests.  In general, no fees are charged for emailed records, unless a specialized list or mode of fulfillment is required.  Any special request fees will be assessed at the actual cost of the service.

Students are expected to attend classes beginning the first day of the session. Never attending a class will reduce the enrolled credit load, but not the tuition charges. Changes in your enrollment status could reduce or cancel your financial aid award and you will be responsible for any balance.

If you stop attending a class, it could impact your current or future aid eligibility and you will be responsible for any balance on your student account.
